Xiaoman Account (Family Growth)
Q: How can I recover my account?
A: Please use the in-app recovery flow or contact support by email for assistance.
Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Please see the Account Deletion page. Deletion can be initiated inside the app.
LightPaint Camera (Creative Photography)
Q: What exposure durations are supported?
A: Light painting capture from 1 second to 90 seconds is supported.
Q: Where are saved photos stored?
A: Photos are saved to the system Photos library.
Q: What happens when I save a flipped result?
A: The flipped final image is saved, and the watermark is composited at the last step before export.
AI Magic Book (AI Portrait Inspiration)
Q: What can I do in the app?
A: You can browse templates, view reference images, copy Chinese prompts, and receive remotely updated inspiration content.
Q: Is an account required?
A: The current browsing and reference features do not require an account. If personalized features are added later, the app will explain them in context.
Clean Barometer (Minimal Pressure Logging)
Q: Which devices support real-time pressure measurement?
A: An iPhone or Apple Watch with a barometric sensor is required. If the device does not support it, the app will indicate that real-time measurement is unavailable.
Q: What is the difference between measured pressure and sea-level pressure?
A: Measured pressure comes from the device sensor. Sea-level pressure is an approximate conversion using local altitude so it is easier to compare with weather services.
Q: Where are records stored?
A: Records are stored locally on the device and can be shared with the widget and Apple Watch through shared data storage.
Q: Why is location permission needed?
A: Location is used to get the place name and altitude, and to save the related location when you choose to log environment data.
TimeWidgets (Clean Countdown)
Q: What does this app do?
A: It lets you create countdowns and show them on iPhone Home Screen widgets, with customizable colors, backgrounds, and display styles.
Q: Why do the in-app preview and widget look similar?
A: TimeWidgets uses a shared component system so the in-app preview and widget presentation follow the same visual and layout logic as closely as possible.
Q: Where is countdown data stored?
A: Countdown content, style preferences, and background settings are stored locally on the device and shared with the widget through the system app group container.
Q: Is an account required?
A: No account is required for the core countdown and widget features.
